About Rakuten Super Points

Time of shipment

Shipping will be made after all ordered items are received at our warehouse. Items of pre-order, back-order, auction items and advance booking will not be accepted.

About import restrictions/contraband goods/other unstockable merchandise

We do not handle merchandise which is considered contraband of articles which have import restrictions placed upon them by each respective country of destination. Please check import restrictions and contraband articles for our main countries of export here. Also, we do not handle certain items which are not contraband or import-restricted items, but which have expiration dates and/or require temperature control.

Customs Duty and Other Taxes

Customs duty and other taxes may be levied when a shipment reaches your country. If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office. Policies on those taxes vary in each country. Please contact the customs office at your country for more details.

Returns, Cancellations and Purchases

We don't accept item returns, cancellation, and exchanges. All costs will be charged to the customer if items are shipped back to our warehouse due to customers' reasons such as non-delivery and non-payment of customs duty and taxes. We are not liable for any errors that result from an incorrect order received from you. Please confirm the following: content, description, model number, specifications, size, color and quantity of item before you placing your order.

Losses of Items and Damages to Items During Shipping

Losses and damages will be compensated if covered by insurance. Customers are responsible for all insurance costs. If the items are uninsured, losses and damages will be compensated according to the delivery company's applicable terms and conditions.

Regarding out-of-stock merchandise and products with price changes

Your order will be cancelled when your desired item is sold out, or has had its price updated. If this occurs after your order has been paid, then your order will be cancelled and the amount ( for item, domestic shipping charge, handling charge of 980JPY × quantity of items ) will be refunded to your PayPal account. In addition, the amount will be refunded to your credit card if you have paid directly with your credit card by PayPal.

About delivery periods

Your items should arrive within 4-14 days after it has been shipped. For details, after your items have been shipped we will send you a tracking number, with which you can confirm the status of your delivery. However, please be aware that if your package undergoes inspection at customs in the country of delivery, it may arrive later than expected.

Shipping insurance (for EMS)

Free of charge for insurance up to 20,000 yen. To insure an item worth more than 20,000 yen, pay an additional 50 yen for each multiple of 20,000 yen. Ex.:) 100,000 yen package to be insured = 200(50x4) yen insurance fee.
