	Enter your email address. Enter your email address again.
	Leave this checked to use your email address as your User ID.
	Enter your password (at least six letters)
	Leave blank.
	Enter your family name. Enter your given name. Copy フリガナ and paste フリガナ into the two blank spaces.
	For address outside Japan, enter 000-0000 Please select 国外 (international),at the bottom of pull down menu. Enter your country Enter your address, and your postal code or zip code.
	Leave blank.
	Enter your phone number
	Leave blank.

Agree to the terms, click, and go to Step 2.

	Select from Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners, and JCB.
	Enter month. Enter year.
	Enter cardholder's name.

Click and go to Step 3

	Go back and change entry if needed.
	Go back and change entry if needed.

Click, register for membership, and go to Step 4.
